While we aim to deliver your items when stated, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (eg. extreme weather conditions, road closures etc). However, we will always aim to provide the best possible service. In the case of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit Pure Gold Pet Food need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery, in order to take appropriate action. Pure Gold Pet Food understands that it is not always possible to be at home to receive deliveries due to work committments etc, so therefore we can organise for the couriers to leave the food at a location of your choice, however it must be understood that this is entirely at the customers risk and Pure Gold Pet Food accepts no responsibility for any

goods being stolen.

Pet Allergies and intolerances.
We cannot be held responsible for any allergies a pet may develop.  We have provided the list of ingredients for pet owners to make their own decisions before purchasing any of our foods.  Pure Gold Pet Food cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur.  Every animal is individual and will react differently to any food given. Any advice given is purely down to the owners discretion, and a vet must always be consulted regarding any health issues.

Pure Gold Pet Food reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions without prior notification.

Any data provided by our customers is solely for the purpose of Pure Gold Pet Food. It will not be used for any other purpose or given to any third parties.  Your information will remain with us and be strictly confidential.
